Data collected on this website

• Browsing data: when you visit, our host records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time) needed for the website to work and stay secure.
• Audience measurement: this website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to produce anonymised visitor statistics. This data may be transferred outside Switzerland, in particular to the United States. These cookies are only set with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.
• Third-party services: the access map (Google Maps) is only loaded with your consent; the website’s fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. Details of the cookies used are given in our cookie policy.
• Messages: if you e-mail us, we use your data only to reply to you.

Booking appointments

Online booking is provided by OneDoc (OneDoc SA, Geneva). The data you enter there is processed under OneDoc’s privacy policy.

Health data

Health data collected during consultations is subject to professional secrecy and is not collected through this website. To send us medical documents, please use our secure HIN address: cabinet.osteo-vives@osteo-hin.ch.

Cookies

This website uses technical cookies (for example to remember your chosen language) and audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics). Audience measurement cookies are only activated with your consent. You can also delete them in your browser settings.

Hosting and processors

This website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties.

Retention period

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Visitor statistics are kept for a maximum of 14 months; e-mails for as long as needed to handle your request and then for a maximum of 2 years; server technical logs for a few weeks, according to our host’s rules.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@osteopathe-eaux-vives.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
