Laetitia Ben Saad

A nurse since 2010, Laetitia nurtures her relationships with others and grows through encounters and training. Curious by nature, she is committed to inclusion and to the well-being of patients young and old.

In 2021, she turned to hypnosis to bring more intuition and subtlety to her nursing practice. “I was looking for a tool that would let the children I work with FEEL that they can express themselves, dare and exist!”

After hypnosis as a tool, therapeutic hypnosis became an integral part of how she understands each patient, to support you towards well-being and change.

“I am highly sensitive, which is why I cannot settle for providing only technical care. Supporting people towards lasting results comes naturally to me! I simply love caring for others!”

Her work in Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care at the CHUV in Lausanne (6 years), followed by her current work at the Institut International de Lancy in Geneva, has strengthened her skills and her affection for working with children and parents. Birth, parenthood and child development, or more concretely, managing emotions, learning or sleep difficulties, bullying and postpartum depression in parents, are the realities of her professional practice.

She is also trained in Sexual and Emotional Health Education and in the “Gender and Sexual Health” programme of the Planning Familial. “I specialise further as I encounter new needs. Young and old alike are welcome through my door.”

For children and adults: CHF 130 per consultation (all techniques).

Apart from the first session, consultations last 45 minutes and take place every 3 weeks on average until the goal is reached.

As children have a shorter attention span, their session lasts about 30 minutes.

Please note that I do not make diagnoses, prescribe medication or issue medical certificates.

This workshop is private and lasts 2 hours: I welcome you alone or with others – 4 people max.

Please note that standard courses are group courses and can accommodate up to 16 people.

Due to the increase in missed appointments without notice, any workshop cancelled on the day itself is payable in full, and half the fee is charged if cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance.

This 2-hour workshop is given in French and is suitable for anyone over 12 (couples, families, grandparents, nannies, friends, etc.).
