Throughout life, grief takes many forms, covering both physical and material separations. Whether it is a break-up, a divorce, a death or the loss of a cherished place, the emotions and psychological mechanisms involved remain similar. Grief is therefore an active and personal process, summed up in the expression “working through one’s grief”.
Beyond the average 6 to 12 months of normal grieving, hypnosis offers valuable support to get through these complex stages. By acting on the unconscious, it helps manage the emotions linked to shock, denial, anger, depression, resignation, acceptance and rebuilding. Hypnotic techniques soothe inner turmoil and ease the healing process, offering a space to honour the past while embracing a renewed future. Exploring hypnotherapy as a way to navigate grief opens up a perspective of emotional rebuilding and a path towards resilience.

First, let us identify together where you are in your grieving process.
Then let us work on that stage and the emotions associated with it.
It is important to accept feeling these emotions, as they are normal and useful.
Under hypnosis, the lost “object” often comes back so that you can say goodbye, ask for forgiveness or settle scores, in order to ease the pain.
Session after session, I help you move through the stages of grief and turn what holds you back into a lever towards acceptance.
Acceptance is the key to freedom.
